Feels great to be home

L and I traveled to Alaska with my family for 10 days. We traveled without Sean which was so hard for all of us. However it was nice to see my family, visit familiar places and revisit memories. Coming home was great! It is amazing how much I was taking for granted. Just little things like sleeping in your own bed or driving your own car. :) I know it was only 10 days but I still missed my sweet little home and familiar surroundings.

Bradley and L checking out the black bears at the zoo.

L and Rudy, her best little dog friend. They are both the same age and adored each other. Seeing them together made me want to get another dog. I think Sean will probably put his foot down and help me back to reality.

Fishing at the same lake I fished at almost every summer since I was born. She was a trooper, wanting to put the eggs onto the hook all by herself. We didn't catch anything except nibbles from the minnows. It was still sweet and exciting!

I was determined to see a moose. Thankfully on our way to the airport, Johnny spotted one and L loved it. She hung her head out the car window and was calling him over to us. The moose had other plans. Run, Run from this little girl.

Such a silly personality! Riding her bike in the garage with ski googles on.

So tired!

Enjoying her birthday dessert after dinner with dad and mom.

I can't believe she's three years old. Thanks to all that were able to celebrate with us. We had such a memorable special day for our little one.

I am very lucky to have married my best friend 9 years ago today. :) Pictures of my honey and his somewhat new found hobby.
