new hair cut

Once in awhile I am treated to someone straightening my hair. I think my baby didn't recognize me for a bit.

She is my little buddy!

Vacation 2008

Our vacation started out with a visit from Granny Tic Tac and Aunt Cheryl. With her she brought clown suits that Jazmin and I wore when we were little. Sis took to the clown nose.

We went to Ocean Shores for a couple of days. While the weather was alright, the pool was great. Sean and sister spent a lot of time in the pool and she did awesome with the water wings.

He mostly watched from the stroller. The pool temperature was great yet the air temperature was chilly, chilly!

Our second day we tried out the bumper boats and did a little put put golf.

He just wanted to hold the club.

She had no interest in teeing off. She walked right up to the hole, set the ball down and would putt it in.

She wants a cat so bad but we suspect brother has allergies. And to be really honest we are done with pets. So we found this at a pet store. She named her Gracie and she looks so real.

Our last leg of our trip we met my family at an indoor water park.

She went down this water slide at least 50 times!

What we have been up to.....

We were privileged to join some friends at the zoo last month. Between the three moms, we had six kiddos 4 years old and under. The day went very well and these two little girls were instant best friends!

I am pretty sure that sister will be some type of musician.

Now this child will probably do something with cars. He loves anything that rolls and often makes car noises.

Again, she flocks to anything musical! I love it.

He is such a joyful little guy!

T Ball

Sean was an assistant coach (I can't remember if I have blogged about that on here or not.) and he was a great one! Looking back into Sean's childhood, his dad was a coach of almost everything the boys participated in. I want that for our kids.

Here is their silly picture. We had a great group of kids and neat parents too!

Such a trooper watching his sister play t-ball. He had his own ball and mitt to "play" along.

By the way: He is my Godson. I have always wanted to be a Godmother and I am honored that I can be there for him. :) Double smiley face!

Another trooper. I suspect next year, we will need to borrow Elliott's t-ball and mitt so that he can "play" along!

Ballet

She loved ballet. I loved watching her practice, find something she was excelling at, and develop a love for ballet.

There were only three girls in the class. At first, I was disappointed with the small number, however I am glad she was able get the attention she needed to excel.

One of the songs the performed to was called Tiny Toes. It is such a sweet song that went On my tiny toes, I can reach the sky. On my tiny toes, I can almost fly.

The big day! Quick family picture in the parking lot. She did AMAZING on stage. Sean and I lost it big time, the minute the first group of little girls came out to dance. And this wasn't even our group! I didn't expect to cry and I was sobbing. I cannot put into words how proud we are to be her parents!

She is now 4 years old!

We celebrated her birthday at a bouncy house, which was amazing. Sean and I brought the food and they did the rest. It was very, very nice! Amanda helped me make Pink Lemonade cupcakes. They were delicious! If you want the recipe, let me know. I was so proud of them and will gladly share.

She absolutely got an aerobic workout.

Our prince was on his best behavior.

Although her real name is Tallulah, we call her Lula. She is such a goof and a best friend of ours.

Sweet Alison. We adore her!

I don't take enough pictures of my friends. And she is one of the best!

We still haven't decided on a camera. I am debating between a classic point and shoot and an SLR. The difference in price is significant! That's why I am debating.......

In the meantime, this is one of a few pictures we have had friends take over the last few weeks.

He is 9 months old and is such a gift. He loves his sister best of all, next comes cherrios. He is sitting up and pushes himself back while he is on his tummy. He says dad and makes a sweet little kissy face.

I have so much more to blog about! So please check back for updates on sissy's birthday and Sean and my wedding anniversary! We are going to celebrate 10 years of marriage tomorrow. Wow.. I am so proud to be his wife!
